The ideal candidate will be passionate about fragrances, possess strong sales acumen, and deliver an exceptional in-store experience that reflects the premium nature of the brand. Key Responsibilities Provide a personalized and memorable shopping experience for all customers Demonstrate deep knowledge of luxury fragrances, including scent profiles, brands, and layering techniques Actively engage customers to understand their preferences and recommend suitable products Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally Process transactions accurately using the POS system Stay up to date with new product launches and industry trends Requirements & Qualifications Minimum of 2–4 years experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury, beauty, or fragrance Strong communication and interpersonal skills Well-groomed, polished, and professional appearance Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets A genuine passion for luxury products and customer service excellence Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Proximity to Victoria Island is an added advantage.
