Job Summary: The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, reporting, and analysis to ensure the financial health of the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in the manufacturing and energy industries and a strong understanding of cost management, budgeting, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: · Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives. · Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes. · Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and cost control initiatives. · Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and identify cost-saving opportunities. · Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies. · Lead financial audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies. · Provide insights and recommendations to senior management regarding financial risks and opportunities. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance. Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s or CPA/CFA preferred). · 5+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in manufacturing or energy sectors. · Strong knowledge of financial reporting, cost accounting, and regulatory compliance. · Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and ERP systems. · Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
