  • Gestion des Approvisionnements : Planifier et piloter les achats pour garantir la disponibilitĂ© des ressources.
  • Transportation & Distribution : Organiser les flux de transport et optimiser les coĂ»ts de livraison.
  • Gestion des Stocks : Superviser les entrepĂ´ts, les inventaires et minimiser les ruptures.
  • Relations Fournisseurs : SĂ©lectionner, Ă©valuer et nĂ©gocier avec les partenaires logistiques.
  • AmĂ©lioration Continue : Identifier et mettre en Ĺ“uvre les optimisations de la chaĂ®ne d'approvisionnement.
