Position Deputy Vice Chancellor Yaounde Position Overview: Full Time Contract Leadership level-appointment We are seeking applications for the role of Deputy Vice Chancellor (DVC). The DVC will support the Vice Chancellor (VC) in strategic leadership, academic governance and overall institutional development. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in advancing research and sustainable growth in line with the school's mission.

Key Responsibilities: Assist the VC in strategic planning, policy development and organisational leadership. Oversee academic affairs and curriculum integrity. Ensure effective governance and risk management. Lead initiatives in research, innovation and postgraduate education. Ensure academic collaboration, partnerships and stakeholder engagement. Advance development, performance assessment and student success. Contribute to financial stewardship and resource mobilisation. Qualifications:

A professorial rank with a distinguished record of scholarly achievements. At least five years of senior leadership or managerial experience in a related role. Strong background in governance, policy formulation and academic administration. Commitment to equity, diversity and sustainability in higher education. Ability to effectively work in a multicultural environment. A minimum of 45 years of age.
