The Opportunity We are looking for a proactive Learning & Capability Coordinator to support the smooth delivery of our global learning services and the continuous improvement of our learning platforms, including our learning management system (LMS), Plan Academy. This is a great role for someone who enjoys variety, is confident working with digital tools, and thrives on supporting teams across multiple countries. About the Role As the Learning & Capability Coordinator, you will play a central role in delivering our global learning priorities—particularly induction programmes and digital learning services. You’ll provide high quality administrative, logistical, and technical support to ensure staff across the organisation can easily access and engage with learning. Key elements of the role include: Learning, Induction & Administrative Support Coordinate learning activities, including scheduling sessions, managing communications, preparing materials and supporting logistics.
