Job Vacancy For Senior Project Officer

A reputable company invites applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the following position: Senior Project Officer

Job Purpose

  • To support the planning, implementation, monitoring and successful delivery of projects in line with organiational goals, timelines and budgets

Key Responsibilities

  • Assists in the development of project plans, schedules and budgets

  • Coordinates project activities and ensures tasks are completed on time

  • Monitors project progress and prepares periodic reports

  • Liaises with internal teams, consultants and external stakeholders

  • Supports procurement processes related to project activities

  • Tracks project expenditures and ensure cost control

  • Maintains accurate project documentation and records

  • Identifies risks and issues and escalate where necessary

  • Organises meetings, workshops and stakeholder engagements

  • Ensures compliance with organisational policies and relevant regulations

Qualification Required & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field

  • Minimum of 2 - 5 years relevant work experience in project coordination or management
