Salary Range ₦100,000 - ₦150,000/month

Job Summary

The Bakers will prepare and bake a wide variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked foods.

Duties / Responsibilities

Measure, mix, and prepare dough, batters, and fillings according to recipes.

Bake pastries, pies, bread, and other baked products.

Decorate and finish baked goods as required (e.g., icing, glazing, garnishing).

Monitor baking processes and make adjustments when necessary.

Maintain a clean and organized workstation, in compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

Ensure consistent product quality and presentation.

Experiment with and develop new recipes to meet customer preferences.

Requirements

Candidates should possess an OND qualification.

1 year proven experience as a baker.

Knowledge of baking techniques and food safety standards.

Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced, high-temperature environment.

Creativity and attention to detail.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Location: Asokoro, FCT-Abuja
