Job Purpose:

L’objectif principal de cette consultance est de coordonner la mise en œuvre d’un projet de mobilisation de ressources auprès de la diaspora comorienne en faveur de la santé sexuelle et reproductive, en développant des partenariats stratégiques et des mécanismes innovants de financement.

Les objectifs spécifiques sont :

Renforcer les partenariats entre l’UNFPA, les organisations de la diaspora et les institutions nationales. Développer des initiatives innovantes de mobilisation de ressources pour les programmes de santé sexuelle et reproductive. Assurer la coordination technique et opérationnelle du projet.

Contribuer à la documentation et au partage des résultats et bonnes pratiques

You would be responsible for:

4.1 Coordination du projet

Assurer la coordination globale du projet de mobilisation de ressources auprès de la diaspora. Élaborer et mettre en œuvre le plan de travail du projet. Coordonner les activités avec les partenaires nationaux et internationaux. Assurer la planification et la mise en œuvre efficace des activités du projet.

4.2 Mobilisation de ressources et partenariats

Cartographier les organisations et réseaux de la diaspora comorienne. Identifier les opportunités de mobilisation de ressources pour la santé sexuelle et reproductive. Faciliter le développement de partenariats avec la diaspora, le secteur privé et les institutions nationales. Contribuer à la conception d’initiatives de financement innovant.

4.3 Gestion administrative et financière

Veiller au respect des procédures administratives et financières de l’UNFPA. Assurer le suivi budgétaire du projet en collaboration avec l’équipe administrative. Préparer les documents nécessaires à la mise en œuvre des activités.

4.4 Suivi, évaluation et reporting

Assurer le suivi des progrès du projet. Contribuer à l’analyse et à la consolidation des données. Préparer des rapports techniques périodiques. Documenter les résultats, impacts et bonnes pratiques.

Qualifications and Experience:

Diplôme universitaire supérieur (Master ou équivalent) dans l’un des domaines suivants :

Santé publique Économie de la santé Gestion de projets Développement international Sciences sociales ou domaine connexe

Knowledge and Experience:

Minimum 5 années d’expérience professionnelle pertinente dans la gestion ou coordination de projets. Expérience dans la mobilisation de ressources, les partenariats ou le développement international. Expérience avec les agences des Nations Unies ou les organisations internationales constitue un atout.

Languages:

Excellente maîtrise du français (écrit et oral) Bonne connaissance de l’anglais professionnel
