Job Description

A reputable Wellness Centre in Kumasi is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our services, increasing client engagement, and strengthening the Centre’s brand presence. In charge of social media and traditional media marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the company publicist to create engaging social media content.

Develop and implement innovative physical and digital marketing strategies to attract new patients.

Prospect for new individual, family, and corporate clients.

Build partnerships with hospitals and health facilities to establish referral systems.

Identify and participate in health fairs, workshops, and community events to promote the clinic.

Lead and encourage staff to generate internal patient referrals.

Manage bulk SMS and email marketing campaigns to engage patients.

Source and coordinate corporate wellness programmes (workshops, ergonomic assessments, stretch sessions, or seated massage).

Required Skills or Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field

Minimum 2–3 years experience in marketing (experience in healthcare, wellness, or hospitality is an advantage)

Strong digital marketing and social media skills

Excellent networking, communication, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and drive client acquisition initiatives

Creative, proactive, and target-oriented
