Mechanical Person (1 Position) Job Summary: The Mechanical Person will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and servicing mechanical equipment and machinery used by the company. Key Responsibilities: Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical faults. Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment. Install and assemble mechanical components. Ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely. Keep records of maintenance and repairs. Respond to breakdowns and provide timely solutions. Requirements: Diploma or certificate in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Proven experience in mechanical maintenance. Strong problem-solving skills. Doors and Windows Installer (2 Positions) Job Summary: The Installer will be responsible for fitting, installing, and repairing doors and windows at various project sites. Key Responsibilities: Install doors, windows, and related fixtures according to specifications. Measure and cut materials accurately. Ensure proper alignment and secure installation. Repair or replace damaged doors and windows. Maintain tools and equipment. Ensure work is completed within deadlines and meets quality standards. Requirements: Proven experience in installation of doors and windows. Ability to use hand and power tools. Good measuring and fitting skills. Attention to detail and craftsmanship. Physically fit and able to work on-site. 4. Chinese Translator (1 Position) Job Summary: The Chinese Translator will facilitate communication between Chinese-speaking and English-speaking staff, ensuring accurate translation of both verbal and written communication. Key Responsibilities: Translate spoken communication between Chinese and English in meetings and on-site. Translate documents, reports, and instructions. Assist in communication between management and workers. Ensure accuracy and clarity in translations. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Requirements: Fluency in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English. Proven experience as a translator or interpreter. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of construction terminology is an added advantage. Note: the Chinese translator will be required to live on site in Lusaka.
