The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is seeking an Education Programme Development Manager for Cameroon to design, develop, and implement education programs in the Northwest, Southwest, and Far North regions. This role involves providing strategic direction, quality assurance, and capacity strengthening for local partners and staff. The manager will also lead the development of the education portfolio, ensuring alignment with regional and global strategies, and coordinate responses to emergencies. The position requires a commitment to NRC's values and a focus on humanitarian issues. Degree in International Relations or Social Sciences Minimum 3 years of senior project implementation experience Experience in complex and volatile contexts Managerial experience in strategy and program development Technical expertise in non-formal education and youth programming Ability to work in a matrix structure Documented results in relevant responsibilities Knowledge in market analysis and cash-based interventions Fluency in English Knowledge of the context in Cameroon Experience with program start-up and exit strategies Understanding of key technical standards Experience in team and partner capacity development Interest in humanitarian issues and protection mainstreaming Advanced computer skills in MS Office
