📌 ### 📌 The Communication Officer 2 at the ICRC is responsible for designing, planning, and implementing communication projects in coordination with the Head of Office and Communication Coordinator. This role involves representing the ICRC to key stakeholders and communities, promoting international humanitarian law, and engaging with local media. The officer will also monitor local developments and provide technical support to the communication team. A strong focus on networking and relationship management is essential for success in this position. University degree in Communication, Journalism, or related field Minimum two years of experience in a similar field Very good communication and presentation skills Proficient in MS Office and social media tools Good understanding of the humanitarian context in northeast Nigeria Excellent written and spoken English; Hausa and Babur are assets Strong report-writing and editing skills Valid working permit for Nigeria Strong networking and relationship management skills
