Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Subcontract Administrator role based in Port Harcourt.

The Subcontract Administrator will be responsible for managing subcontracts, developing and reviewing proposals, coordinating government contracting processes, and overseeing contract management activities.

The role involves analytical decision-making, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements while fostering partnerships with subcontractors.

Qualifications

Strong experience in Subcontracts and Contract Management

Proficiency in Analytical Skills and expertise in Proposal Writing

Knowledge of Government Contracting processes and applicable regulations

Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and adhere to deadlines

Familiarity with EPC projects is an advantage

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, Law, Engineering, or a related field

Certification in Contract Management or Procurement (e.g., NCMA, CPSM) is a plus
