Have at least seven (7) refereed publications in his/her area of specialization since his/her last appointment as Senior Lecturer. Have taught for a minimum of four (4) years in a university or analogous institution as a Senior Lecturer. Demonstrate experience in supervising students’ research work at the Postgraduate and undergraduate level. He must be able to produce any other evidence of research/professional activity. Have a strong research background and professional experience. Maximum age is 55 years.
