Job Description Department: Brands & Media Reports To: Brands & Media Manager Role Purpose The Videographer is responsible for producing high-quality video, motion graphics, and still image content that supports GWO SEVO’s products, platforms, campaigns, and brand initiatives. The role creates engaging product explainers, promotional videos, animated creatives, and professional visual assets that enhance brand visibility, user understanding, customer engagement, and commercial performance across all business lines. This is a hands-on creative production role focused on execution excellence and digital-first content. Key Responsibilities Product Explainer & Educational Content Produce product explainer videos for all GWO SEVO platforms and services Develop onboarding and tutorial videos for users and partners Create feature update and announcement videos Translate technical or complex services into simple visual explanations Incorporate subtitles, motion elements, and brand graphics Video Production & Editing Plan, shoot, and edit promotional, educational, and campaign videos Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment Edit footage professionally for web, social media, and advertisements Optimise video formats for different digital platforms Maintain consistent visual quality aligned with brand guidelines Photography & Still Creative Production Capture high-quality product, event, and promotional photography Produce still creatives for website banners, social media, and campaigns Edit and retouch images for professional presentation Maintain visual consistency across all product lines Creative Collaboration & Campaign Support Work closely with the Head of Brands and Content on creative direction Collaborate with content writers, designers, and marketing teams Support campaigns across all GWO SEVO business units Suggest creative concepts to improve engagement and clarity Follow structured feedback and ensure timely revisions Motion Graphics & Animated Content (Preferred) Create motion graphics for marketing campaigns and digital promotions Design animated ads and short-form video content Develop branded intros, outros, and transitions Produce animated content for website, social media, and paid campaigns Enhance static creatives with motion to improve engagement Engagement & Performance Increased video watch time and completion rates Improved engagement on motion creatives CTR improvement on video-based ads Visual content contribution to campaign performance Quality & Brand Standards 100% brand compliance Minimal revision cycles Consistent visual identity across all GWO SEVO products Required Skills or Experience Skills & Competencies Strong videography and camera operation skills Proficiency in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro) Motion graphics and animated content capability (After Effects or similar) Photo editing skills (Photoshop, Lightroom) Strong understanding of visual storytelling Ability to simplify complex information visually Attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines Experience 2 years’ experience in video production, motion graphics, or digital media Strong portfolio demonstrating product explainers, animation, and photography Experience in digital marketing for tech-related industries preferred Education Diploma or Degree in Film, Animation, Media, or related field preferred Strong portfolio may substitute formal qualification Success Profile The ideal candidate: Is creative and digitally fluent Understands how visuals drive engagement and conversion Can produce both polished videos and professional still images Works efficiently under deadlines Delivers consistent, high-quality creative output How To Apply Sorry, job has expired.
