Job Description Leonards Homes is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Coordinator with a strong administrative foundation. This unique role requires a blend of creative outreach and organizational excellence. You will be responsible for attracting new clients, managing our brand presence, and ensuring that all sales processes are backed by impeccable documentation and follow-up. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Sales: Actively identify and pursue new sales leads, conduct property viewings, and convert inquiries into successful closings. Marketing & Digital Presence: Develop and execute marketing campaigns, manage social media platforms, and update property listings to increase brand visibility. Administrative Oversight: Maintain a highly organized database of leads, contracts, and client records. Ensure all sales documentation is accurate and compliant. Client Relationship Management (CRM): Build and support long-term relationships with clients, providing regular updates and professional post-sale support. Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales targets, marketing performance, and administrative milestones for management. Market Research: Stay updated on real estate trends in Accra and provide insights to improve our competitive edge. Required Skills or Experience Minimum Qualifications Education: Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Residency: Must live within Accra Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a combined Sales/Marketing and Administrative role, ideally within the real estate or hospitality sector. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel is a must), social media management tools, and basic CRM software. Communication: Exceptional persuasive speaking and writing skills; ability to negotiate effectively.
