Microsoft 365 platform (Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint, Defender, Exchange Online, Teams, Purview) Microsoft Azure, Windows 10/11, Microsoft Licensing, Print Management, Office suite Cloud computing familiarity, analytical thinking, strong organization, independent/team work Graphic design & advertorial creation

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

Expérience

4–6 years of IT support or systems administration experience Familiarity with networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) Cloud platform experience (M365, Google Workspace) is a plus Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified) are an advantage
