POSITION: CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO)

ACTIVE MAMA PRODUCTS LTD

WE ARE HIRING

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead financial strategy, planning & forecasting

Drive profitability, cost optimization & growth

Oversee accounting, reporting & compliance

Manage cash flow, working capital & investments

Strengthen internal controls and financial systems (ERP)

Advise CEO on strategic decisions

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (Master’s is an added advantage)

CPA / ACCA (Mandatory)

8–12+ years experience (at least 3–5 years in senior leadership)

Strong experience in manufacturing / FMCG

Proven leadership and strategic thinking

Location: Dar es Salaam
