ACCOUNTS OFFICER

Hala-GH, a growing and dynamic organization, is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Officer to join its team in Accra. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional looking to build a successful career in finance within a fast-paced business environment. Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain daily financial transactions and accounting records
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
• Support bank reconciliations and cash management processes
• Assist in preparing financial and management reports
• Maintain inventory and asset records
• Organize financial documents and support audit processes
• Provide administrative support to the Senior Accountant

HND, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

Expérience

• Minimum 1 year of accounting experience is preferred
• Fresh graduates with strong accounting knowledge are encouraged to apply
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of accounting software is an added advantage
