Also responsible for selling products and meeting customer needs while obtaining orders from existing potential sales outlets. Min Qualification: Degree Experience Level: Entry level Experience Length: 3 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - Flexible Hours Applicant Location: Ghana Job descriptions & requirements Responsibilities Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services Continuously improve through feedback Prepare quotations and invoices per customer’s order Requirements and Skills Proven work experience as a Sales Representative Familiar with customer relationship management (CRM) platforms, inventory databases and other sales and fulfillment software Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales Excellent selling, negotiation, persuasion and communication skills Prioritizing, time management and organization skills Customer focused Self-confidence Presentation skills Clients relations Knowledge in Microsoft suit Education Bsc.
