Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Healthcare Specialist role located in Communauté urbaine de Douala. The Healthcare Specialist will perform clinical assessments, provide expertise in healthcare practices, and support the training of team members in medical procedures and protocols. Tasks include effectively engaging with health plan partners, providing professional evaluations, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to drive better health outcomes. The candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support to medically vulnerable individuals.

Qualifications

Strong background in healthcare, medicine, and EMT practices Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams Experience in training others in healthcare protocols and procedures Commitment to evidence-based practices and patient-centered care Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a healthcare-related field Relevant certifications in the medical field are an advantage
