Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Answer, screen, and direct phone calls promptly. Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable. Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries. Maintain visitor logs and issue passes where necessary. Schedule and confirm appointments or meetings.

Formation / Diplômes

Provide basic information to visitors and callers about the organisation. Assist with clerical and administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry. Support other departments with administrative needs as required.

Minimum HND in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.

Expérience

Previous experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
