Expérience

Erection, testing & commissioning experience of HV & LV Electrical equipment like Switch boards, MCCs, Transformers, Motors, AC & DC UPS systems, Battery banks, Cables, Numerical relays, Substation automation & load shedding system, VFDs, earthing & lighting system, Conveyor Control systems, Re-claimers/Travel Tipper, Crusher, Vibrating screens, Vibrating feeders etc. Proactive, multi-skilled, technically competent Electrical Engineer having experience in Ammonia Urea Fertilizer plants & material handling systems / Petrochemical /Refinery/ Continuous Process Chemical industry/Power plant, who can handle entire Electrical maintenance activities of main plant & utilities. Manpower and material planning to ensure timely action for any abnormalities and critical problems noticed during plant round by self or as reported by staff. Ensure full compliance to Preventive maintenance schedules and all other job schedules. Follow up to ensure compliance of required safety measures during job execution. If required, Issue permit for the planned job and also supervise all the Electrical activities performed in Plant / workshop for Overhauling / servicing /repairing of equipments as per procedures, ensuring quality and precision for trouble free operation of the equipment in field. Ensure spares availability for all equipment’s in concerned plants by periodic Inventory / spares review. Attend safety meetings, ensure and use all PPE’s required for the job. Report all near miss, provide suggestion if any for improvement in safety of workplace.
