The Company's flagship brand, Golden Penny, remains one of the best known and the preferred brands amongst bakers, confectioneries and consumers in Nigeria JOB SUMMARY Qualifications & ExperienceHND/bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, or a related field.Professional certification in Warehouse Management or Supply Chain is an added advantage5–8 years’ experience in warehouse/logistics operations.Experience within an FMCG environment is strongly preferred.Demonstrated experience managing teams and large-scale warehouse operations. RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee inbound, storage, and outbound warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and consistent service delivery across all B2C warehouse locations.Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy by implementing effective stock control practices and conducting regular cycle counts and reconciliations.Ensure timely and accurate order picking, packing, and dispatch processes to meet customer demand and agreed service levels.Drive continuous improvement in warehouse processes, layout, and productivity to enhance operational efficiency and performance.Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards while ensuring full compliance with regulatory and internal policies.Lead, manage, and develop warehouse staff and supervisors to build a high-performing and accountable operations team.
