Read more about this company Administrative Officer Job Type Full Time Qualification BA/BSc/HND Experience 2 years Location Lagos City Surulere Job Field Administration / Facilities  Job Summary Chelis Group is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Administrative Officer to join our growing team at the Head Office in Surulere, Lagos State. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative and financial operations of Chelis Group and its sister companies, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, compliance, and the smooth running of office activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong administrative, organizational, and record-management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. The role involves managing administrative processes, supporting financial transactions, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. Key Responsibilities Manage general office operations, supplies, correspondence, and filing systems. Support basic accounting functions, including invoicing, expense tracking, and petty cash management. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial and administrative records. Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documentation as required. Coordinate schedules, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external partners to ensure office needs are met efficiently. Assist in monitoring compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Drive on official assignments when required. Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the office. Requirements B.Sc./HND in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field. Minimum of two (2) years post-NYSC work experience in administrative and accounting roles. Proficiency in accounting software and the Microsoft Office Suite. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management. Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license with practical driving experience. Residence within close proximity or reasonable commuting distance to Bode Thomas, Surulere, Lagos State will be an added advantage. Willingness to work two (2) Saturdays per month.
