The World Food Programme (WFP) is seeking a Programme Policy Officer to lead a comprehensive Community Engagement Assessment in Nigeria. The role involves mapping community structures, identifying barriers to participation, and understanding gender dynamics to develop a Community Engagement Action Plan, Communication Strategy, and Gender Dialogue Manual. The successful candidate will work closely with various units to ensure that community feedback informs program decisions and enhances accountability to affected populations. This position requires a strong background in community engagement, gender equality, and humanitarian programming.
