Job Description
Mercy Corps is seeking a Digital Archiving Consultant to assist in transitioning to a fully digitized document management system. The consultant will be responsible for the end-to-end digitization process, including document preparation, scanning, file formatting, naming, indexing, quality assurance, and secure storage. The role requires strict adherence to confidentiality and data protection protocols. The consultant will work closely with the Operations and Finance Teams to ensure accurate and efficient digitization of organizational records.
