Mercy Corps is seeking a Digital Archiving Consultant to assist in transitioning to a fully digitized document management system. The consultant will be responsible for the end-to-end digitization process, including document preparation, scanning, file formatting, naming, indexing, quality assurance, and secure storage. The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential organizational records. The consultant will work closely with the Operations and Finance Teams to ensure timely completion of the project within one month. Proven experience in large-scale document digitization projects Minimum of WAEC/NECO, OND, HND, bachelor's degree, or current NYSC member Basic computer proficiency (Windows, file management) Strong attention to detail Ability to handle repetitive tasks Experience with confidential records Strong data protection procedures Ability to meet deadlines
