ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Learning and Development Instructional Designer, you will design, develop, and evaluate engaging, effective, and scalable learning solutions (both digital and instructor-led) that align with adult learning principles, business objectives, and skills development standards. You’ll work closely with Subject Matter Experts, operations teams, and facilitators to deliver high-quality training that makes a real difference.

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES

~Design and develop engaging learning materials across digital, classroom, and blended formats using proven instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM). ~Conduct learning needs analyses to identify performance and skills gaps and translate them into outcome-driven interventions. ~Create interactive e-learning content using authoring tools and ensure seamless integration with our LMS. ~Design assessments and evaluation tools to measure learning impact and continuously improve programmes. ~Manage learning design projects end-to-end, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver on time and with excellence. ~Stay ahead of learning trends, tools, and methodologies to bring fresh ideas to our talent development initiatives.

Formation / Diplômes

~Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.

Expérience

~3–5 years of experience in instructional design, learning content development, or curriculum design in a corporate or professional training environment. ~Proven experience with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline/Rise, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia). ~Strong familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and standards such as SCORM/xAPI. ~Experience designing for both classroom and digital/blended learning environments. ~Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with SMEs and stakeholders. Advantageous ~Certification in instructional design or e-learning (ATD, CPLP, etc.).
