Responsabilités

Oversee, manage and take responsibility for the project, site and all sub-contractors Manage and coordinate all site activities Drive timelines and project schedule for timeous completion Manage budget and budget reports Proactively identify delays and implement corrective measures Maintain firm control of the critical path and sequencing Be the Liaison and communicate with and between the Architect, Quantity Surveyor, Engineers, consultants and the client. Lead meetings Work closely with the QS to ensure accurate cost tracking and reporting, proper management of variations, and alignment between budget and program Review subcontractor pricing, claims, and valuations Lead and manage subcontractors Quality control Maintain and enforce company building standards Ensure quality of finishes Manage snag list properly ensuring quality Health, Safety & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with Occupational Health & Safety Act and
