In this role you will support a team conducting intelligence and investigations across sub-Saharan Africa. You will participate in the investigation, evaluation and interpretation of open source and human intelligence information and contribute to the production of well-written reports to serve a range of intelligence requirements for our clients. You should be a critical thinker with an interest in business transactions and operations. Tasks and Responsibilities Conduct high-quality research to support on a range of intelligence and investigations projects including due diligence, strategic intelligence, ESG due diligence, market entry studies, as well as other problem-solving investigations. Support the team on business development initiatives such as pre-meeting preparatory and scoping research, subject matter briefings, and marketing material including case studies. Support the team's knowledge management initiatives, including the identification of new tools and information sources to strengthen research capabilities. Requirements Qualifications, skills and experience Education to Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Professional fluency and strong writing abilities in English; professional fluency in French or Portuguese Demonstrable interest in global and current affairs, sub-Saharan Africa's commercial environment, as well as topics relating to corruption and fraud. Previous exposure to intelligence and risk consulting-related research is advantageous. Ability to work in a team and independently.
