The Supply Chain Assistant will support the Coastal States Stability Mechanism (CSSM) in Ghana by managing procurement and logistics operations. This role involves identifying local service providers, evaluating vendor performance, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure efficient supply chain processes. The assistant will also maintain procurement records, track service provision status, and assist in asset inventory management. The position requires collaboration with the Supply Chain Officer and other team members to achieve project objectives. University degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field 3 years of relevant professional experience or 5 years with a High School degree Experience in supply chain management, preferably with IOM or UN Proficiency in WAVE system and MS Office applications Fluency in English; working knowledge of French is an advantage
