Read more about this company Programs Manager Job Type Full Time Qualification BA/BSc/HND Experience 4 - 7 years Location Lagos Job Field Project and Program Management   Job Responsibilities Design work plans, implementation timelines and activity schedules. Team management and capacity building. Budget Management. Management Report Coordinate advocacy campaigns, trainings, workshops, town halls and outreach activities. Grant/funding proposal writing and resource mobilisation. Donor Reporting. Maintain donor/partner relationships. Compliance with financial audits and donor requirements. Key Results Areas (KRAs) Grant Proposal on call for Application. 5 monthly Donor Report Management Report. Requirements Candidates should possess a B.Sc / M.Sc Degree with 4 - 7 years work experience.
