This role is ideal for a dedicated professional looking to drive product innovation and maintain high standards of quality excellence within the food science sector. Key Responsibilities Manage and execute new product development (NPD) projects from concept to kitchen scale and final production. Conduct laboratory-based testing, trials, and evaluations on new and existing food products. Formulate recipes, source raw materials, and optimize ingredients to ensure cost-effectiveness and product stability. Ensure all development processes comply with rigorous food safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Document precise product specifications, manufacturing procedures, and laboratory reports. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and marketing, to ensure successful product launches. Requirements BSc / BTech Degree in Food Science or Food Technology  or similar

Expérience

Proven experience working in a laboratory environment within the food manufacturing industry, Flavours preferred. Strong understanding of food chemistry, preservation techniques, and ingredient functionality. Familiarity with food safety management systems (e.g., HACCP, FSSC 22000).
