This role is ideal for a finance professional with proven experience in receivables, collections, and customer account management, and who is capable of supporting the accountant while ensuring that invoices and recurring subscription payments are collected promptly and efficiently. Min Qualification: HND Experience Level: Entry level Experience Length: 2 years Job descriptions & requirements Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts receivable and following up outstanding customer balances. Ensuring monthly subscriptions and recurring payments are received on time Issuing statements, payment reminders, and follow-up notices Maintaining accurate customer account records and payment schedules Allocating receipts and updating records in the accounting system Supporting account reconciliations and general finance administration Tracking promises to pay and escalating overdue accounts where necessary Assisting the Accountant with day-to-day finance and reporting duties Qualifications and Experience A Diploma, HND, or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field A minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in accounts receivable, credit control, debt collection, or accounting support Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel Experience in Xero or similar accounting software, which will be an advantage Strong written and verbal communication skills The confidence and professionalism to follow up clients firmly and respectfully on outstanding payments Core Competencies The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong credit control and collection skills Accuracy and attention to detail Sound record-keeping and organizational ability Professionalism and discretion The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Integrity, discipline, and dependability Salary: GHS2,400 - GHS 3,000 Location: Accra Log In and Apply Important safety tips Do not make any payment without confirming with the Jobberman Customer Support Team.
