Transparency International is seeking evaluators for the end of project evaluation of the Inclusive Service Delivery in Africa (ISDA) project. The evaluation aims to assess the project's achievements, impact, and sustainability, focusing on its contributions to education and healthcare access, particularly for marginalized groups. Evaluators will document successes, extract lessons learned, and provide actionable recommendations for future programming. The role requires a participatory approach and collaboration with various stakeholders across multiple countries. University degree in social sciences or related field At least seven years of relevant professional experience Five years in Monitoring and Evaluation of multi-country projects Experience in anti-corruption evaluations using OECD DAC criteria Knowledge of advocacy-oriented organizations and governance programming Regional experience in Sub Saharan Africa Demonstrated Gender Equality and Social Inclusion expertise Excellent command of English and French Ability to mediate stakeholder expectations
