Train team members on company insurance products and their specifications. Provide the sales team with essential sales and marketing tools and skills. Monitor, coordinate, and evaluate individual and team performance. Lead sales activities to achieve and exceed set sales targets. Deliver presentations to organizations and institutions to generate new business. Ensure timely submission of underwriting documentation by the sales team. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications: At least 2 years’ experience as a Sales Lead in a Life Insurance Company. A bachelor’s degree in marketing or any discipline. Professional certificate in Sales and Marketing will be a plus. Passionate about Sales. Hold a valid driving license. Key Skills & Attributes: Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proven ability to manage and motivate teams to meet targets. Knowledge of life insurance products. People Management Ability. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Reporting Skills.
