MEL OFFICER

The MEL Officer will support the Mercy Corps program team in overseeing the collection of quality Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) data. This role involves developing MEL plans, coordinating reporting with partners, and ensuring adherence to monitoring standards. The officer will also build the capacity of team members and local partners in program monitoring and data management. Additionally, the MEL Officer will participate in evaluations and contribute to learning and reflection processes within the program team.
