Responsibilities Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and management accounting activities Monitor manufacturing costs, inventory valuation, and operational financial performance Manage cash flow, treasury activities, banking relationships, and working capital optimization Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax obligations, and internal financial controls Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to support business growth and operational efficiency Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field 7–10 years experience in finance or accounting roles with strong manufacturing/FMCG experience Professional certification such as ICAN, ACCA, or CIMA is mandatory Strong proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, ERP systems, and advanced Microsoft Excel Strong analytical, leadership, stakeholder management, and commercial finance skills.
