Reporting to the EXCO, you will be the primary architect of operational excellence for the group. This is a "heavy-lifting" leadership role where you will balance strategic capacity planning with the day-to-day grit of running a high-volume, multi-site retail and technical environment. You aren't just managing shops; you are optimizing a national engine to ensure profitability and a "best-in-class" customer journey. Key Performance Areas National Operational Strategy: Develop and execute the roadmap for all company-owned fitment centres to ensure sustainable, profitable growth. Commercial P&L Ownership: Drive revenue through intelligent conversion strategies, productivity metrics, and value-added services (VAPS).

Localisation

Strategic Capacity Planning: Optimize the national footprint, ensuring the right geographic presence and resource allocation to meet fluctuating market demand.

Formation / Diplômes

Transformational Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of Regional Managers, fostering a culture of high accountability, precision, and performance. Efficiency & Quality: Drastically reduce rework and service failures through disciplined SOP implementation and data-driven root cause analysis. The Ideal Candidate

Expérience

The Experience: 8–10 years of senior operational leadership within a fast-paced, high-volume service environment (FMCG, Logistics, or Multi-site Retail). The Mindset: You are a data-driven decision-maker who understands that "operations" is a science. You are equally comfortable in a boardroom as you are on a fitment centre floor.

The Skills: Strong financial acumen with deep experience in P&L management, workforce optimization, and continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma mentalities are a plus). The Qualification: A Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Operations, or a related Business discipline is essential. Why This Role?
