French Customer Support Specialist (Bilingual FR/EN | Non-Voice/Blended | Remote)

At TalentPop, we're growing our team and looking for a French + English Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Non-Voice) to join us. This is a great opportunity for fluent French and English speakers who are passionate about customer support, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fully remote environment.

In this role, you’ll support customers through chat and email, helping resolve inquiries, provide clear information, and create a smooth and positive customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys written communication, problem-solving, and delivering thoughtful support.

What You'll Do

Provide timely and professional support via chat and email in both French and English Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and general concerns Troubleshoot issues and provide clear, accurate solutions Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent and high-quality support Share feedback and insights to help improve processes and customer experience

What We're Looking For

Fluent in French and English (written and reading comprehension required) At least 1 year of customer service experience (e-commerce or similar is a plus) Strong written communication and attention to detail Comfortable using support tools such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple conversations at once A proactive and solution-oriented mindset
