Network Optimization Manager

Job Description:

Customer network-quality interface & complaint ownership； Management of the Network Optimization team； Work with tech experts / RAN experts for network quality improvement; High-level customer / stakeholder reporting & visibility.

Requirements:

Good English skills is required and ability to communicate in French is a significant advantage for collaboration with French-speaking regions or headquarters. 8+ years of experience in mobile network optimization, and at least 2 years of team or program management experience; Excellent communication skills and report presentation capabilities. The management optimization team oversees outsourced delivery, ensuring compliance with acceptance criteria, work order turnaround times, and safety regulations. Familiar with refarming and swap project, working under high pressure.

Priority Qualification:

Good experience with swap project and strong ability for customer management
