We are looking for a  Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Missions: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets for our products Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing teams to excel in their respective roles, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product development, operations, and finance to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities within the industry Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business development and expansion efforts Oversee the development of sales collateral, promotional materials, and digital assets to support sales and marketing efforts Analyse sales data and performance metrics to track progress towards goals, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and technological advancements and leverage this knowledge to inform sales and marketing strategies Set-up and represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products and network...
