Min Qualification: Degree Experience Level: No Experience Experience Length: No Experience/Less than 1 year Working Hours: Full Time - Full Time Job descriptions & requirements Degree in Business Administration Customer Service or related field. Proven experience in customer service and administrative support. Strong communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and other office tools. Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision. Responsibilities: Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly through phone, email, social media or in-person. Maintain strong relationships with customers by providing accurate information and solutions. Record and track customer feedback to ensure continuous service improvement. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve outstanding issues. Administrative Duties: Manage office correspondence including emails, phone calls, and official documents. Organize and maintain filing systems (digital and physical) for easy retrieval of records. Assist in preparing reports and other office documentation. Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for customers and staff. Maintain office supplies inventory and liaise with vendors as required.
