Read more about this company Sales Marketing Manager Job Type Full Time Qualification BA/BSc/HND Experience Location Lagos Job Field Sales and Business Development   Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Marketing Manager role based in Lagos. The Sales Marketing Manager will develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase lounge patronage, brand visibility, and revenue. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and building partnerships with corporate clients, event planners, and influencers. The role involves planning and implementing digital and offline campaigns, coordinating promotions and events, and monitoring market trends and competitor activities. The Sales Marketing Manager will also track performance metrics, prepare regular reports for leadership, and collaborate closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure consistent guest experiences. Qualifications Proven experience in sales and marketing, ideally within hospitality, nightlife, entertainment, or related service industries. Strong relationship-building and account management skills, with the ability to attract, retain, and grow a high-value client base. Experience planning and executing marketing campaigns, including events, promotions, and brand collaborations. Knowledge of digital marketing tools and channels (social media, email marketing, online advertising, basic analytics). Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a customer-focused and results-oriented approach. Ability to analyze data, prepare performance reports, and make informed recommendations to improve revenue and brand awareness. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Comfort working on-site during evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
