The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth, managing a high-impact team of Medical Sales Representatives, and strengthening our brand presence with key healthcare stakeholders. Min Qualification: Degree Experience Level: Mid level Experience Length: 3 years Job descriptions & requirements Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement regional sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and provide field-based coaching for a team of Medical Sales Representatives to ensure peak performance. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strategic relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), consultants, hospital administrators, and major pharmaceutical distributors in Lagos. Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, analyse market trends, and identify new business opportunities within the region. Operational Excellence: Oversee regional budgets, manage customer sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), B.Sc in Pharmacology, Biochemistry and other science-related courses. A relevant Master’s degree or MBA is an added advantage. Experience: Between 3 and 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales within Lagos. Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the healthcare landscape in Lagos and established networks with major hospitals and pharmacies. Skills: Strong negotiation, analytical problem-solving, and proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.
