JOB SUMMARY HND / BSc in Sales & Marketing or a related fieldWell-exposed to B2B and B2C marketingPrior experience in flour or baking products is compulsoryWillingness to travel within assigned locationsRole is transferable; posting may be anywhere in Nigeria/West Africa based on business needs. RESPONSIBILITIES Day-to-Day ManagementConduct regular customer visits to drive business development and support ongoing projectsHandle customer complaints and follow up with technical teams for resolution and product trialsCoordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operationsAcquire new customers and expand business with existing onesIdentify and target key potential customers (industries, factories, catering contractors)Promote products and applications to drive market penetrationAchieve assigned sales targets across products, regions, and key accountsExecute and follow up on sales strategies and operational plansBuild and maintain strong customer relationshipsSupport the organization of business meetings, seminars, and engagement activitiesPrepare accurate and timely reports in line with company standards and requirements.
