Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Risk Management Specialist based in Bamenda. The Risk Management Specialist will proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks impacting the organization. Responsibilities include developing and implementing enterprise risk management frameworks, performing risk analyses, and collaborating with stakeholders to establish risk policies. The role demands close coordination with the finance team for risk modeling and requires effective communication to present findings and recommendations to decision-makers.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills and experience in risk analysis to assess and mitigate potential threats effectively
Proficiency in Enterprise Risk Management and designing effective risk frameworks
Excellent communication skills for clear reporting, stakeholder collaboration, and policy development
Background in finance with the ability to interpret financial data and align risk strategies with financial goals
Detail-oriented mindset and strong organizational skills
Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Professional certifications in risk management (e.g., CRMP, ERM) are advantageous
