Reporting to: Branch Manager Key Objective; Understanding customer business environments and how to complete an analysis of account values, needs, strategy and tactics to create propositions that will appeal. Responsibilities: The compilation of weekly, monthly sales and monthly activity reports Setup of business strategy to meet and exceed set budgets The development of a strategic relationship and entertainment plan to ensure the retention of existing customers Setup of SLAs for top customers and the ongoing monitoring of theseSLAs to ensure high levels of service delivery The ingrown ability to drive personal CSI levels The selling and implementation of the full range of products to the existing customer base, thereby ensuring customer loyalty and referrals for new business The marketing & selling of Process Instruments and services The submittal of new as well as the renewal of credit applications to the Financial Manager to facilitate the establishment and continuation of facilities Marketing the company's Brand Ambassador Values to the Market Place

Achievement of set objectives and sales targets to achieve regional requirements Daily liaison with the key accounts executives Academic Qualifications / Skills:

Expérience

Proven sales experience in Industrial Instrumentation or similar industries Proven key account management Computer Literate, Word, Excel advanced and PowerPoint Minimum 3 Years' sales experience in the field Code 08 driver's license Matric Sales diploma will be an advantage Required Competencies: Communication Written and personal, presentation skills Customer Focus and relationship building Drive for results and creativity Managing Diversity and Functional/Technical Skills Intellectual Horsepower, Negotiation Skills, Technical Learning and Time Management Self starter Free.
