This is a hands-on, field-oriented role requiring a professional who can identify opportunities, engage clients at technical and operational levels, and convert business opportunities into sustainable revenue streams. Min Qualification: Degree Experience Level: Senior level Experience Length: 5 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 9 to 5 Applicant Location: Ghana Job descriptions & requirements Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in the mining and industrial sectors across West Africa Actively prospect, engage, and convert clients, including mining companies, contractors, and EPCMs Conduct site visits to identify maintenance, repair, and refurbishment opportunities Develop and propose engineering service solutions aligned to client operational needs Interpret engineering drawings and scope technical work requirements Work with internal teams to develop costing, proposals, and commercial offers Drive pipeline development, opportunity qualification, and conversion Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations Support the positioning of Servmet as a trusted technical services partner Collaborate with Servaco’s product and technical teams to deliver integrated solutions Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development within: Mining services Engineering services Industrial maintenance or technical sales Proven experience in West African mining markets is a strong advantage Strong understanding of: Mechanical systems Workshop repair processes Maintenance strategies in heavy industry Core Competencies Strong technical-commercial mindset (ability to link engineering solutions to business value) Ability to identify and convert maintenance opportunities into revenue Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications Experience in costing and proposal development Excellent negotiation and closing skills High level of self-drive and independence Strong presentation and communication skills Ability to operate effectively in a field-driven, unstructured environment Personal Attributes Entrepreneurial and results-driven Highly proactive with strong initiative Comfortable working under pressure and meeting targets Strong problem-solving mindset Willingness to travel extensively across Ghana and West Africa High level of integrity and professionalism What We Offer Opportunity to be part of a growing engineering services business Exposure to major mining and industrial operations across West Africa Competitive compensation with performance-based incentives Career growth within a dynamic and expanding organization Location : Kotwi, Greater Kumasi Metropolitan Area, Ghana Salary : Attractive Log In and Apply Important safety tips Do not make any payment without confirming with the Jobberman Customer Support Team.
