ABOUT THE COMPANY IBEDC formally came into existence on 1st November 2013 as part of the unbundling of the electricity sector. We cover the largest franchise area in Nigeria, made up of –Oyo, Ogun, Osun, Kwara and parts of Niger, Ekiti and Kogi states. To ensure effective and competent management of such a large network, we are organized into five regions, namely Oyo, Ibadan, Osun, Ogun & Kwara regions, the regions are made up of Business Hubs. Each region is manned by a Regional Head. JOB SUMMARY Minimum Requirements A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Energy Management, or related discipline.Prior experience in energy audit and infrastructure discovery, preferably within the power or energy sector.Strong understanding of energy accounting, power system operations, and electricity market dynamics.Minimum of 7–10 years’ experience in electricity distribution, power system operations, energy analytics, corporate performance management, or related functions. RESPONSIBILITIES Monitor and analyze energy offtake performance across feeders, substations, business hubs, and franchise areas to ensure operational efficiency.Track compliance with dispatch instructions, approved load allocations, and Service-Based Tariff (SBT) obligations.Develop and maintain energy accounting, balancing, and variance analysis frameworks across the network.Identify energy losses, operational inefficiencies, and performance gaps, and recommend improvement initiatives.Develop and implement performance measurement frameworks, KPIs, and scorecards for Technical and Operations teams.Coordinate periodic operational performance reviews and prepare executive management reports and presentations.Design and deploy dashboards, analytical tools, forecasting models, and business intelligence reports for performance monitoring.Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of operational and energy performance data across the business.Monitor compliance with regulatory directives relating to energy allocation, feeder classification, and service delivery obligations.Collaborate with Technical, Commercial, Regulatory, IT, and Business Hub teams to support data analysis and operational alignment.
